Getting started with Discogs ebay Integration
A brief walkthrough of how DisConnect works!
Welcome to DisConnect. In this guide, we will be looking at configuring your Discogs eBay Integration where the products will be syncing from Discogs to eBay. Let me walk you through the whole sequence of steps that you need to follow to quickly & effectively set up DisConnect.
Step 1: You can use the below URL for registration.
Registration URl: https://disconnect.constacloud.com/register
Step 2: Registration Process consists of two steps. Firstly, you need to fill in the below-mentioned details.
- Name
- Password: It should have a minimum of 8 characters with 1 Capital, 1 Numeric, 1 special character.
Step 3: After entering all the required details, you need to click on the “Create Account” button.
Step 4: Now, you will be redirected to your dashboard page of the web app.
To get started with importing your products to DisConnect from your connected platforms, please go to the “Discogs” tab of your channel settings.
Step 5: 1. Discogs Credentials:
In order to Authenticate your Discogs account to DisConnect, you can click on authenticate button, and it will redirect you to the Discogs Login page, where you can authorize the DisConnect app.

Step 6: Click on the eBay tab from the header in order to complete your relevant configurations. Here’s a very detailed guide which explains how to integrate your eBay account with DisConnect & configuring the same.
Step 7: Discog’s To eBay Field Mapping: Here you can map the data from Discogs fields to eBay fields dynamically with ease. To know more about it, you can click here.
Step 8: Once you’ve authenticated your Discogs, and eBay, and set up all the relevant configurations as discussed in the previous steps, now define the eBay condition mapping in detail, click here to know how it works
Step 9: Now, all the setup has been completed, you’re ready to turn the eBay sync option “ON” in the eBay Channel settings. This will start your product sync from Discogs to eBay.

eBay Product Sync Setting:
1. Sync Product to eBay: Once you will start this switch, the enabled eBay products will get started syncing.
2. Sync Draft Listing to eBay:
3. By Default Product sync to eBay: This setting is to control the product sync to eBay. If you will enable this setting, all the newly listed products on Discogs will start syncing to eBay by default.
4. End Listing when Sold Out: If you will enable this switch, the offers will get withdrawn from eBay as soon as the listing will get sold out.
5. Enable Best Offer: Turn ON this switch if you want to enable the best offer on eBay automatically while syncing the product on eBay.
Dashboard Functionality
The dashboard will show a summary of your products. Here you can use Discogs-eBay Integration, Discogs-WooCommerce, and Discogs-eBay on a single platform. If you have eBay as your marketplace then you will see Total Products in Discogs, eBay products synced, eBay products with errors. It will work the same for WooCommerce and eBay.
On the left side of the dashboard, you will see the Product with dropdown. There you need to select eBay Mapping.
To Change Password: User has to click on the “Change Password” button and they have to fill out the required details like an old password, new password and confirm the password.
