How to Get Started with CCShip Shopify and FedEx Cross Border Integration?

Starting with CCShip is very easy!

Follow these quick and easy steps to get started with us;

Step 1: Log in to our CCShip panel
 Note – If you don’t have the credentials, then you can email us at help@constacloud.in, we will provide you the details asap.

STEP 2: Connect your Shopify API account details with CCShip

Navigate to Settings >Shopify Account – Here, add your Shopify account details;

  1. Shopify Account Domain: Add your Shopify store domain, for example, xyzcompany.
  2. Shopify Account Access Token: Add your Shopify account access token, and click Submit.

  3. Show Rate Quotes to Customers: You can select whether you want to show the rate quotes to your customers, in their check-out section or not.
  4. Generate Labels Automatically with Selected Shipping Method at Checkout: This is for automating the shipment without applying Tags, If you enable it then the shipping method will be automated.
    For example, If any customer chooses your rate quotes as shipping method while checking out then the shipment will proceed automatically via this Automation. You don’t need to apply the tags.
    Note: – This functionality will only work if the Rate Quote is set as “Yes”

5. Label and Packing Slip in One Paper:
If you want to print your packing slip and label together in one paper, then you can “Enable” it.
Note – It will only work if you have done the Shipper set-up mappings.

Go to Setting > Shopify Account > Shipper Set-Up –
In Shopify, we have a feature where you can add Shipper Details that will get printed on the packing slips for the particular orders.
In order to print packing slips along with the label URL, you will need to fill this section.
Note: – If you don’t print packing slips then you can select “No” and save.

Now, login to your Shopify store and create a test order, and apply the tags for creating a shipment using FedEx Cross Border as mentioned below –
1. Ship via FCB DDU
2. Ship via FCB DDP
3. Cancel FCB Shipment – In case you ship any order by mistake then you can use this Tag for canceling the shipment.

Step 3: Connect FedEx Cross Border to CCShip

Go to, Settings > FedEx Setup – You’ll see the below details;

  1. FedEx API Key: Enter your FedEx API Key,
  2. FedEx Shipping Terms: Choose your shipping terms,e.g. DDU or DDP
  3. Notification Email: Add your email address to get notifications.
    Notifications will include the order details like we will send you a spreadsheet full of details, i.e., Order number, Label PDf URL, Tracking Number, Date of the order’s shipment, Error details if any, packing slip, and Link of Merged PDF URL.
    [ Merged PDF URL – If you apply the tag of Create Shipment in multiple orders then we will send you the combined pdf for all the shipments in one link, and the bulk labels will be printed in just a click for all the orders.]
  4. Label and Packing Slip in One Paper: If you want to print your packing slip and label together in one paper, then you can “Enable” it.
    Note – It will only work if you have done the Shipper set-up mappings.

Go to, Settings > FedEx Setup > Order Source Setting – You’ll see the below details;
a) Tags Mapping: Here you can map the tags for creating labels in Shopify via DDP and DDU.
You can also map the tag for canceling shipments for those orders you have created by mistake.
b) FedEx Fulfillment Location: This option is for those who have more than one fulfillment location.
Just simply add the locations in your Shopify store, and after that, the locations will be available here in our panel as drop-down, then you can select for which location you want to use this integration for shipment.

Go to, Settings > FedEx Setup > Upload FCB rate sheet –

From here you can upload your FCB rate sheets,
You can check the sample sheets attached to you in our panel. After differentiating the sheets according to our sample sheets, follow the below steps;

Step (a): Select the Shipping Term for the sheet, For e.g. DDU or DDP
Step (b): Select the weight type, i.e. Ounces or Pounds
Step (c): Select the particular file and click Update.

The file will be uploaded and the details will be visible on the same page.
If in the future you want to cross verify the amounts getting charged are right or not, then you simply search from the search bar.

STEP 4: Now, let’s ship an order via CCShip – Shopify and FedEx Cross Border Integration

*Go to your orders section, and select the order you want to ship via FedEx Cross Border, then
*Go to more actions and choose, “Add Tag” option, and
*Simply apply the tags for Create Shipment in the store,
for example, Ship via FCB.
*In a matter of few minutes your order will be shipped and automatically the integration will mark the order as “Fulfilled“.
Note:- If you want to ship in bulk then you can select multiple orders and apply the tags, and you are done.
Now, it is ready to ship via FedEx cross border, no more work needed.

Step 5: Check your Label and tracking information for the shipped orders:
After your orders are shipped and fulfilled, you can check your orders, you’ll see a note got attached to the orders which were shipped by using this integration, and it will contain the URL of the Label generated for that order and the tracking information.
So, easy and simple.
