DisConnect Shipment Integration – Royal Mail

When it comes to automating the sync of your Discogs’ orders to other e-commerce platforms or Shipment Integrations, DisConnects grants you the option to do just that in the Discogs order sync settings section.

In this guide, we’ll be looking at Integrating your Discogs account with Royal Mail Integration.

Authenticating your Royal Mail Account: 

Step 1: In the left panel of DisConnect, Select Shipments & Select the Carriers tab. As seen on the below screenshot, you will be able to see various Shipment Integrations you can integrate with DisConnect

Step 2: Click on the “Connect” option under Royal Mail – Click & Drop. It will open the below window.

Step 3: In this step, you will have to provide an Account Name & the Royal Mail API Key.

  • Account Name will be a friendly name you’d like to give your account to Integrate it into DisConnect
  • API Key: Enter your API key for Royal Mail here. If you don’t have one, you can always create an account with them. Here’s a guide which gives you details about the same.

Click on “Connect” once you’ve your Name & API Key.

Step 4: Your account is now successfully connected as you can see on the following screenshot.

Step 5: If you’d like to edit / delete your carrier, you can do so by moving to the “Connected Carriers” tab and making the needed changes accordingly.

Step 6: Selecting your Royal Mail Integration to be your destination for orders of Discogs, you have to turn ON the order sync. These settings can be found in your Discogs order sync settings section.

You have to choose which Discogs order you want to sync to Royal Mail, you can find the Discogs order statuses in the dropdown given.
Be sure to enable the option, select “Royal Mail” and choose if you’d like to send a custom message for your customers on Discogs upon Fulfillment along with Tracking URL & Number with the shortcodes provided.
